GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STAY
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payment is due at check-in, upon presentation of valid identification.
Reservations may be cancelled up until arrival at the property. As no advance payment is required, we ask our guests to promptly notify us of any cancellations.
Early departure: the full amount for the entire stay is still due.
CHECK-IN
- From 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Reception by appointment.
- Early check-in: after 9:30 a.m. you can leave your luggage, and we will notify you as soon as your room is ready.
CHECK-OUT
- By 10:30 a.m.
- Early check-out: you can leave the key on the desk in your room.
BREAKFAST: not included.
HOUSE RULES
- Smoking: smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
- Pets: not allowed.
- Quiet hours: from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- Tourist tax: payment in cash.
- Age restrictions: minors only if accompanied by a parent.
- Parties: parties or events are not permitted.
- Unregistered guests: unregistered guests are not permitted in the building.
ACCESSIBILITY
- Architectural barriers: there are six steps at the entrance to the building, before accessing the lift.
SERVICE HOURS
- Assistance: Available by telephone on weekdays from 9:00 to 20:00.
